Surgical Guides available:
Tooth Borne Guide
The most predictable and stable option! The surgical guide will rest directly on the patient’s existing dentition with verification windows to ensure the guide is fully seated. Even in immediate extract cases we will leave a couple of teeth for guide support, if possible, as this is the ideal supporting structure!
Soft Tissue Guide
Have a fully edentulous patient? A tissue supported guide can be created with anchor pins for stabilization. If the Dual Scan Protocol is followed (recommended), we are able to add denture teeth and palatal information to ensure proper orientation of the surgical guide.
Bone Borne Guide
Are you anticipating reflecting a large flap? We can create a surgical guide to seat directly on the patient’s bone as well! Please note that the quality of both the CBCT scan and the patient’s bone will determine whether the information is predictable enough for us to create an accurate bone-borne surgical guide.
Anchor Pin Guide Package
A great tool to increase the accuracy of your full arch cases! Some cases may require reflecting a large flap prior to seating the surgical guide or may have too many osteotomy sites to include denture teeth in the surgical guide. In these scenarios, an additional anchor pin guide will establish anchor pin holes prior to any required reflections/extractions. This will allow you to align the surgical guide with the previously established anchor pin osteotomies to ensure proper orientation of the surgical guide.

Utilize the Delivery Guide and the patient’s predictable anatomy to place the Bone Reduction Guide (BRG) with confidence and precision.
