Precision Esthetics Dental Laboratory was founded in 1989 by our Chief Master Technician, Achim Michael Renner.
After earning his degrees and doing an extensive internship in Germany, Achim was recruited by future business partner Mr. Terry A. Knueppel, CEO of Dental Arts Laboratory, of Peoria, Illinois. A partnership with DAL was formed between the two entrepreneurs, until 1998, when Precision Esthetics Dental Laboratory remained under the sole leadership of Achim, with Terry's full blessing.
Renner exudes the best qualities of a business professional. As the main principal of the firm, he has led the way to Precision Esthetics being recognized as one of the top dental laboratories in the United States. His vision of European quality craftsmanship made in America combined with world-class customer service has been at the core of every relationship.
As C.E.O. of Precision Esthetics, he continues to find ways to stay at the forefront of the industry by embracing and leading the way with innovations in technology.
On the occasion of the enterprise's 30th anniversary, and in view of its steady growth, Mr. Renner has brought the industry-leading laboratory into its new era: in our new 8,000+ square feet Flagship Technology & Learning Center, still here, in Palm Beach County, Florida. The Lab has always placed a specific emphasis on natural appearance. All of our work is designed digitally or hand-crafted by our Expert Team of Certified Dental Technicians under the guidance and support of our also impressive Team of Master Dental Technicians.
We focus on every detail to ensure that our restorations feature proper tooth proportions, contacts, and physiological appearance of the patient's natural dentition in function, color, and facial contours. We are especially known for our Metal-Free All Ceramics, such as ZirkonZahn, Prettau Zirconia, and Lithium Disilicate Porcelain Restorations - having perfected the design of custom pink porcelain and gingival architecture.
Each member of our technical staff strives to consistently fabricate natural, life-like restorations with each and every case.
Our award-winning esthetic department offers a wide range of products including, but not limited to: High Translucency BioZ X2 and Cube X2 Monolithic and Layered Zirconia, IPS e.max Restorations, PMMA Temp & Transitional Crowns and Bridges, Layered Porcelain Veneers, Ceramo Hybrid Zirconia Bridge and BruxZir solid Zirconia.

March 25th, 2022
March 25th is now a forever red-letter day for Precision Esthetics after the new flagship Laboratory, Technology & Learning Center, in West Palm Beach, Florida, has been inaugurated in the presence of friends, supporters, and collaborators in this massive project.
The ceremony was presided by Mayor Keith James and counted with representatives from the Business Development Board of Palm Beach, the Building Department, Police, and even the Dreyfoos School of the Arts - a student singing the national anthem which began the Official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.
Represented were also industry giants such as Ivoclar, Dentsply Sirona, and Henry Schein, as well as the Nova Southeastern College of Dental Medicine, and national DSOs such as Affordable Dentures. Cafe Sapori catered for the reception that followed.
INAUGURATION
The inauguration of a building is an official act imbued with historical significance.
For Precision Esthetics, it came to be after a year of moving into our new facility, where our growth and success have not gone unnoticed. The City of West Palm Beach was represented by Mayor Keith James himself, who offered some very kind words towards our enterprise, encouraged our Team, and recognized our CEO.

These have been hard times for the world, but nothing was going to stop our steady momentum and planned expansion. At our 32nd Anniversary Last year: we decided to grow, and grow we have!
Precision Esthetics acquired in 2019 what had come to be known as The Mary Fisher Building, under the leadership of CEO Achim Michael Renner, Master Dental Technician, University Lecturer, and Founding Entrepreneur.
It was a move thirty years in the making and part of the merited expansion upon Precision Esthetics’ steady successes during these last three decades.
The expansion is welcomed, and it has been organic, on a sure footing, and a well-established curve toward growth.
Even through Covid-19, we remained busy and our employees continued to man the ship that sails on.
The new building has over 8,000 square feet between offices and laboratories.
It shall also act as a Technology and Learning Center where present and future employees, interns, and visiting dental professionals may receive instruction or witness presentations by our Team of Master Technicians and occasional guest speakers.

A bit of history about the building, its artistic past, and our vision for the future:
The New Precision Esthetics flagship Dental Laboratory, Technology & Learning Center is located at 4912 S. Dixie Highway in Palm Beach County, FL.
The building was formerly the gallery and workspace of Philanthropist, Author, and Artist Mary Fisher.
Fisher is best known for being the keynote speaker at TWO National Conventions: (Houston in 1992 and San Diego in 1996) but also for her art. Her works are notably in the collections of President and Mrs. George H. W. Bush, President and Mrs. Gerald Ford, Mrs. Henry Ford II, President and Mrs. Mwanawasa of Zambia, and many others [Source: Wikipedia]
She had consolidated various properties into the behemoth crimson edifice which housed her workspace and helped reinvigorate the SOSO (South of Southern Boulevard) stretch of Dixie Highway.
Renovations and retrofitting from Art Gallery to Full Service Dental Laboratory has taken almost a year, and so it is now, in the 33rd year of Precision Esthetics that we are due to inaugurate the new flagship location. And in it: we shall continue to make art! One tooth at a time. We turn 34 in April!
